Hotel Galería Plaza Monterrey

I have nothing but positives to report here. The hotel was super clean and staff very helpful. Everyone on staff spoke good English which was helpful for me since I came in for one night staff on business from Texas. Lastly I loved the restaurant bar area and all the design elements, decorations and uniqueness throughout the property. Manuel the lead bartender was friendly and made the perfect martini cocktail. I hope to return soon.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the AC in the room didn'twork properly, it wouldn't cool enough, it was cool but not a cold room, everything else was great, clean rooms, excellent room service, valet personnel where great, front desk took care of my needs, hot water, what can I say I had a great expierence except the AC thoe just a heads up I believe they are motion sensor because in the middle of the night it would get hot and I would have to move around a little bit then it would cool again but that's just my assumption, if it wasn't for the AC I would've rate this hotel a 5 ++. Would I stay again? Yes, I would, but I would make sure the AC works properly from the first day, I stayed for 6 days while vacationing.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We called a day ahead to let them know what time our flight was arriving so we were able to check in early. The hotel room was spotless, shower had a rainfall shower head. The staff made our bed everyday and exchanged our towels which was great. Each room also has an espresso machine with delicious coffee. There’s also a lot of places to walk close by for food, coffee and shopping. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This hotel was by far very beautiful! The view was exceptional and the staff were nice. We ate breakfast in the morning tasted really good their buffet options didn’t look very appealing though. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer! Definitely will come back again here next time!

Rooms were spacious with beautiful mountain views. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar area where you can get food and drinks. Sergio the bartender was amazing super friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. 10/10 would go back just to hangout at the bar with Sergio

the place is not in the convenience location but there still have some 7-11 and oxxo near the hotel. some of employee can't speak English but it's doesn't matter for the good feeling during the living.

Highly recommend this location!! The staff was very friendly too and helped with english. The food was good too. I recommend them to have better speed with restaurant and also focus on deeper cleaning of the rooms. Overall great and great pricing as well.

Service is great 5 star hotel , breakfast is excellent buffet . Room service is perfect and restaurant with friendly , nice atmosphere . State of art technology with card entry to the floors and rooms , fitness room and computer office center .
